[PODCAST] What’s Next? with Gina Trimarco

In this episode, Gina Trimarco and Randy Hawthorne discuss the importance of running your organization like a business, no matter its tax classification. They talk leadership transitions, the importance of human understanding and, of course, they share about a million laughs.

Gina Trimarco, CEO/Founder of Pivot10 Results and Carolina Improv Company, is a serial entrepreneur, speaker and trainer with 25 years of experience in marketing, sales, operations and people training. She specializes in training that helps people build stronger rapport and connections in business. When the economy crashed in 2008, Gina opted to do something seemingly impossible for many by starting an unproven concept business instead of finding a new job. That business, Carolina Improv Company (CIC), has been #1 on TripAdvisor for Nightlife Attractions in Myrtle Beach, SC since 2010 and is in the process of becoming a licensor of its programs.
