From Our Founder: “Before starting Telos CPAs, I spent much of my career in corporate America. While I enjoyed my work, I felt unfulfilled. From a young age, I dreamed of making the world a better place, but life always got in the way. One day, I realized it wasn’t too late—I could help by providing guidance and support to those already making a difference. That’s when Telos CPAs was born.

We help all types of nonprofit organizations, with causes such as animal welfare, mental health, and family protection holding special importance to me due to my background and the country I come from.

I currently live in Virginia, USA, but I was born and raised in Costa Rica, a beautiful country in Central America. Costa Rica is renowned for its commitment to peace and conservation, with over 25% of its land protected and no military. Growing up in such a unique environment instilled in me a deep love for nature and animals. Costa Rica is also famous for its ‘Pura Vida’ lifestyle, a philosophy that embodies peace, happiness, and helping others.

I was raised by a single mother who worked tirelessly to provide opportunities she never had. Her dedication and hard work have been my greatest inspiration. At 19, I moved to the USA on my own to pursue my education and a better future. My journey from Costa Rica to the United States has been shaped by my heritage and the values my family instilled in me.
