About the Presenter
Kadilyn Knief is a National Community Engagement Manager at findhelp. Her career has been spent in the space where community development and social work meet. For the last 15 years she’s been working to help keep moms and their children safe. She has worked with individuals experiencing homelessness in Indianapolis, supported early childhood development and employment for young moms in Bangkok’s biggest slum, contracted to the Department of Child Services in their Keeping Families Together program, and worked as the technical advisor for a grassroots organization safeguarding children’s rights and well being on the Thai-Myanmar border.
About the Presenter
Selena Montelongo is a Senior Community Engagement Manager. With over 7 years of experience in the nonprofit, education, and technology sectors; Selena supports relationship building between customers and organizations to ensure that those in need can find and connect to local services with dignity and ease. She works closely with customers to grow and sustain key community partnerships that bring the social care network to life. Based in Austin, Texas, Selena is passionate about building a comprehensive social safety net that allows communities to thrive with equitable access to resources.
About the Presenter
Mikaela is a Manager on findhelp’s Community Engagement Team. Her position focuses on supporting our CEMs in building strong and sustainable networks that bring complex workflows, CMS reimbursement models, and innovative challenges. Prior to her time with findhelp, Mikaela spent many years in the community development and healthcare-focused nonprofit spaces. She came to findhelp with a keen understanding of the significant impact that integrating social care with healthcare can have on the overall health of a community.
