These tools can be a great way to get to know yourself better and a great tool for team building… if you actually use and learn from them! On today’s episode, Meghan sits down with Jon Sarles to talk about the importance of emotional intelligence for leaders, the science behind why these tools help, and the growth an organization can have when the leader knows their team.
