Today’s Talk with Jim Blue

This week on Today’s Talk, we sat down with Jim Blue, executive director of CEDARS. CEDARS is a nonprofit organization that cares for vulnerable children and families in Southeast Nebraska. Emergency shelter and foster care training are just a couple of the many resources they offer.

This year, to keep essential services going as needs grew, it was important for them to do a capital campaign. Jim talks about how and why to fundraise during a crisis, even when you don’t like fundraising. If you would like more information on fundraising, check out this post. It focuses on the three emails you should send to your donors at the end of the year.
