Speaking
Randy Hawthorne is the co-founder of Nonprofit Hub, and serves as the Executive Director and Publisher of the organization. He’s spent his entire adult life in marketing, as well as volunteering and serving on the boards for various nonprofits—and now he runs one. As a Professional Certified Marketer, Randy shares his passions of marketing and education with nonprofits to help them implement marketing and organizational leadership principles so they can grow their organizations. Randy lends his marketing and organizational leadership expertise to a number of nonprofits in his community, including the American Marketing Association, Lincoln Community Playhouse, Rotary Club #14, Sheldon Art Association, Community Services Fund, Heartland Big Brothers Big Sisters, Leadership Lincoln and Launch Leadership. Outside the office, Randy works with high school and college students and mentors young professionals to develop their leadership and entrepreneurial skills.
I’m a nonprofit, marketing and leadership development professional with substantial business to business, nonprofit and personal branding experience. Builder of teams and company cultures. I approach everything through a marketing lens. My day is made when I’ve connected people to their passions or assembled a table of collaborators to make cool stuff happen in communities. Stuff I “geek out” about: Nonprofit Management, Nonprofit Fundraising, Personal Branding, Corporate Culture, Marketing, Social Media, Franchise Systems Operations, Customer Experience, Branding, Event Planning, Publicity, Training, Personnel Management, Leadership Development, Product Research, Product Development, Product Management, Business Systems Management, Local History, Photography and Adventure Dining. I’d love to talk about them for you!
