Once in a while something comes along that makes you genuinely excited. I know some of you nonprofit do-gooders out there get amped up about things I get amped up about—like a day full of nonprofit speakers dropping their knowledge to make other nonprofits even better.
Enter Cause Camp 2015—the reason for my excitement. It’s a one-day conference in Lincoln, Neb., also being live-streamed for your convenience this Friday, April 10.
We have an entire day full of presentations from all across the nonprofit spectrum. We have marketing mavens, a nonprofit with balls and a fundraiser grrl ready to school people on making their nonprofits the absolute best they can be (just to name a few).
Here are three reasons you should be just as excited as I am about Cause Camp 2015.
1. The Content
There’s not a single speaker on this roster that I wouldn’t be excited to see. We’ve lined up Lori L. Jacobwith, Rory Green, Vu Le, Kristina Halvorson, Marcy Heim…the list goes on. I’ve had the opportunity to hear a majority of them make nonprofits better, and this one-day conference will be no different.
Make sure you check out the entire schedule before you get here or sign on.
2. The Convenience
You don’t even need to be in Lincoln, Neb., to take in this conference. If you register online, you’ll have access to every single presentation that happens on Cause Camp day, including each of the breakout sessions. (It’s like you’ll have the power to be in three places at once.) Login from your computer when you can and get access to the rest of the presentations later.
3. The Functionality
Whether or not you’re attending in-person or online, we’re implementing exciting technology. For example, you’ll be able to ask your questions and vote on the best ones while you’re listening to speakers. Plus, there will be interactive polls where you’ll get to share about your specific experiences in the nonprofit world.
And don’t just take our word for it. We had a chance to chat with one of our speakers at AFP 2015. Check out what Bloomerang’s Steven Shattuck is bringing to the table at Cause Camp 2015.
We hope to see you on Friday. Sign up today!
