We had the opportunity to speak with the lovely Simone Joyaux, a nonprofit consultant, author and engaging speaker, at the AFP 2013 international conference in San Diego. Joyaux talked with us about the importance of grooming your nonprofit board into fundraisers, setting proper expectations, and–when necessary–the times when you should fire your board members.
