  • Question, are these solicitation fees the same for out of state nonprofits who want to have events or raise money in all 39 states?

      You can actually pay one fee to register in the 39 participating states by using the Unified Registration Statement. There are 3 states that require you to register but don’t accept the URS. I hope that helps. And I believe the state solicitation fee is the same for out of state organizations as well in most cases.
