In recent years, we hear more and more nonprofits and companies alike with a workplace full of culture and fun. It begs the question: how would we get anything done?
Starting from the top, the leadership simply understands and lives by the culture of the workplace. This sounds easy enough, but applying that with the proper passion is where nonprofits succeed.
When all leaders and workers have a passion for the mission and understanding of the culture, magic happens. Suddenly, the work doesn’t feel like work. It becomes a special opportunity to aid in our cause (and getting paid for it isn’t too shabby either).
